paypal - Incomplete Delayed Chained Payment Fees Payer -

i'm setting delayed chained payment in php

i'm setting feespayer secondaryonly

$payrequest->feespayer = 'secondaryonly';

the transaction made primary receiver

but second leg of chained payment (from primary secondary receiver) still pending.

then 90 days passed (paykey expired) , did not complete payment.

who pays fees when paykey expires?

based on messages paypal's support, tell no 1 pay fees because payment reverted buyer !
if didn't complete payment, go , not able change receivers during 90 days.

javascript - Wordpress slider, not displayed 100% width -

so im making first wordpress theme scratch going fine got problem. want slider on homepage 1 thing wrong. im setting width of image 100% !important doesnt go 100% width. makes image wider not 100%. example here: http://bit.ly/11ouebg see image doesnt contain whole width. can see background-color. really weird, im using meteor slides. i hope can me out :d
