c# - Can't add a service reference on home computer -

i'm working on project few colleagues , i'm creating own service. whenever try add service reference project fails. here service wish add after i've double clicked in services list:

... , here rather unhelpful error when open url in chrome.

it's fresh pull , adding services worked on university computer. i've tried disabling firewall read on msdn network no avail. i'm using .net 4.5

you may need register .net 4.5 iis, try register it

javascript - Wordpress slider, not displayed 100% width -

so im making first wordpress theme scratch going fine got problem. want slider on homepage 1 thing wrong. im setting width of image 100% !important doesnt go 100% width. makes image wider not 100%. example here: http://bit.ly/11ouebg see image doesnt contain whole width. can see background-color. really weird, im using meteor slides. i hope can me out :d
