java - Is there a language + framework that excels in multi tenant applications -

currently i'm doing research software company makes "e-invoice applications". these applications made ibm domino, want switch platform. 1 of requirements multi tenancy, want host multiple businesses on same cloud server.

my question is: there language + framework excels in multi tenant applications?

i love dynamicallytyped languages ruby , python, frameworks on rails , django. because programmer has more freedom , script shorter (most of times) compared static languages java. i'm still open languages / frameworks.

javascript - Wordpress slider, not displayed 100% width -

so im making first wordpress theme scratch going fine got problem. want slider on homepage 1 thing wrong. im setting width of image 100% !important doesnt go 100% width. makes image wider not 100%. example here: http://bit.ly/11ouebg see image doesnt contain whole width. can see background-color. really weird, im using meteor slides. i hope can me out :d
