localhost - Touble launching informatica administrator (power center express) -

i have installed informatica powercenter express (etl tool) in win 7 environment. installations finished , informatica developer works properly.

my problem informatica administrator, when launch it, works , other times doesn't work. localhost:7009 available , not.

do have start services? can when localhost:7009 not avalilable?

i have tried:

reinstalling powercenter express starting web client services in win7 stop ans start again informatica services

any advice appreciated

be sure each time informatica services running. (sometimes have run them administrator). check if have started database(before services runninig).
