http - How to make port number 80 appear in nmap scan? -

when perform nmap scan on localhost why doesn't port number 80 show open though browser open, ssh , telnet ports show though. if there rule or firewall blocking how temporarily suspend it. use ubuntu 14.10.

port 80 should appear in scan if have web server running on local machine, listening on port 80. port 80 server port, not client port.
