ios - CBPeripheral interaction with Windows -

i have app in iphone device. app advertising cbperipheral service. created 1 app on mac allows interact mac desktop using cbcentral. exchanges data mac initiated handshake. wanted make interact windows 7 pc interact iphone app in similar manner. unable find proper way it.

i have found this, minimum supported in windows 8. there way it?

there no support microsoft bluetooth 4.0 aka btle prior windows 8.

so im making first wordpress theme scratch going fine got problem. want slider on homepage 1 thing wrong. im setting width of image 100% !important doesnt go 100% width. makes image wider not 100%. example here: http://bit.ly/11ouebg see image doesnt contain whole width. can see background-color. really weird, im using meteor slides. i hope can me out :d
