animation - How to set a dynamic background in Android (just like Tumblr Login UI) -

i new android , having troubles setting dynamic background tumblr login ui,

the link below got help. set animated .gif background android

but works when load small-size animation, or have drop lots of frames of gif animation leads incoherence. if load frames cause outofmemoryerror, don't think it's right way.

is tumblr uses gif animation or it's short video?

i know twitter converts gifs mp4. video compression far better gifs leading smoother playback , reduced bandwidth , happy users :) using mp4s option?

javascript - Wordpress slider, not displayed 100% width -

so im making first wordpress theme scratch going fine got problem. want slider on homepage 1 thing wrong. im setting width of image 100% !important doesnt go 100% width. makes image wider not 100%. example here: http://bit.ly/11ouebg see image doesnt contain whole width. can see background-color. really weird, im using meteor slides. i hope can me out :d
